WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT - Youth Forensic Science Program
PLANT CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL- We are a member/investor to promote policy to engage and leverage opportunities for minorities to be owners and not just consumers. Focus on exisiting business and enterpreneurship/small businesses growth with an emphasis on support services. Future projects include capitalizing on hosting September Business After Hours to support and highlight minority businesses.
INFRASTRUCTURE - Bing Rooming House Museum Campus expansion, MLK Recreation Center Improvements, and development of potential enterprise center adjacent to Midtown Development.
IMPROVEMENT LEAGUE- Establish a Innovation Center.

MLK Day of Service and other youth led community service projects
Supporting establishment of Safe & Sound Initiative in Plant City to address non-violence for youth
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT & PLANNING
EPA Liasion for Superfund and Brownfield sites at former Coronet Facility (involves or 1400 acres) to address potential land reuse.
Hosting Community Forums for candidates to meet residents, partner with chamber to host Eggs N Issues, and willing to take on public policy and address community needs.
Lincoln (Laura Street) Neighborhood Studies for revitalization and community engagement to address needs
Other Quality of Life Activities- Senior Citizens Xmas Dinner and Xmas at the MLK Rec Center
